1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using FiCraft (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a personal finance tracking tool designed to help you manually and automatically log incomes, expenses, budgets, and subscriptions.

3. Not Financial Advice

The App is provided for informational and tracking purposes only. We are not financial advisors, tax professionals, or a registered banking institution. The analytics, “Safe to Spend” calculations, and budget tracking features should not be relied upon as professional financial advice.

4. Accuracy of Automation (Smart Inbox)

The App uses experimental text-matching (Regular Expressions) to extract transaction data from bank SMS alerts.

• While we strive for accuracy, banking SMS formats change frequently.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all “Draft Transactions” before approving them.
• We are not liable for any overdraft fees, missed payments, or financial miscalculations resulting from incorrect data parsing.

5. Data Loss

Currently, the App operates entirely offline. Your financial data is stored exclusively on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data using the App’s CSV Export feature. We are not responsible or liable for any data loss caused by device failure, accidental deletion, or app uninstallation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, FiCraft and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
